Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own business operations, including the accuracy of estimates, taxes, licenses, insurance, legal compliance, and your relationships with customers. HandyStack is a software tool and does not provide business, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to collect, store, and use any customer information or photos you upload.
No guarantees
HandyStack helps you organize and follow up on your work, but we do not guarantee specific business results, leads, revenue, or profitability. Your success depends on your own work, market, pricing, and customer service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use HandyStack to harass others, send spam, upload illegal content, or violate anyone's rights. You may not attempt to interfere with the service, access accounts that are not yours, or use the platform in a way that could harm the service or other users.
Account and cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time. When you cancel, your access to the service will end based on your current billing period. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service. You are responsible for exporting any data you want to keep before canceling.
