Delete your account
You can permanently delete your HandyStack account at any time. Deleting your account is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Sign in to HandyStack on the web or in the iOS app.
- Go to Settings and scroll to Delete account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Prefer we delete it for you?
Email hello@handystackapp.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and process the request, usually within a few business days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your login, business profile and settings, customers, jobs, line items, job photos, generated PDFs, expenses, reviews, referrals, social posts, project showcases, device tokens, calendar feed links, and any uploaded files. This data cannot be recovered once deleted.
Some limited operational records may be retained or anonymized where required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or email unsubscribe enforcement — for example, email delivery logs have your address removed but keep non-identifying delivery metadata, and email suppression records are kept so we don't email a removed address.
