This is a practical overview of how HandyStack handles your business data. It is not a certification or legal guarantee.
Your business data is private to your account
Your jobs, customers, photos, notes, estimates, expenses, and other records are tied to your account. They are only visible to you when you are signed in. We do not share or sell your customer or job data to third parties.
Account authentication
HandyStack uses secure account login to identify who you are. Keep your password private and do not share your login credentials with others. If you ever suspect unauthorized access, contact us right away.
What you upload
You are responsible for the photos, customer information, and other content you add to HandyStack. Only upload information and images you have permission to use and store. Make sure your use of customer information follows the rules that apply to your business.
No payment data stored by HandyStack
HandyStack does not currently process payments through the app, so no payment card or banking details are stored by us. If payment processing is added in the future, it will be handled by a trusted third-party payment provider, and HandyStack will not store your payment details directly.
